1st method (unsafe method)
Deal directly with the buyer
You keep 100% of the money
The transaction will be carried out as follow:
buzzmyart provides you with the buyer's email address so you can deal directly with her.
buzzmyart takes no additional role in the transaction.
2nd method (safer method)
Choose this method if you don't want to deal directly with the buyer
you keep 90% of the money. buzzmyart takes a 10% commission.
The transaction will be carried out as follow:
An email containing the final price (including insurrance and shipping cost) is sent to the buyer.
The buyer has 7 days to make the payment to buzzmyart. This payment can be done either through Paypal or by credit card.
The money is secured with us. buzzmyart informs the buyer that she can send her art work to the address provided by the buyer.
The seller MUST use a dedicated carrier with a tracking number (UPS, DHL, FedEx, ...).
This is to ensure buzzmyart will be able to track the package and to be sure that the buyer receives it.
If no tracking number is provided to buzzmyart, and the buyer claims she has not received the package within a month, then the money will be refund to the buyer.
Upon reception, if, for any reasons, she's not satisfied, the buyer has 7 days to send the art work back at her own cost.
Again, a tracking number MUST be provided to buzzmyart, otherwise the money will be paid to the buyer if the package gets lost.
After 7 days, buzzmyart pays the seller 90% of the money. buzzmyart keeps a 10% commission.
General Conditions:
buzzmyart cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the art work during transportation. It is the responsibility of the seller to insure her art work.
If the seller decides to deal directly with the buyer, buzzmyart cannot be held responsible in case of a fraud (e.g. payment issue).
