I've registered on buzzmyart but I have not received the account activation email, why ?
The first thing to do is to check whether the email was placed in your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, please email us at support@buzzmyart.com and we will help you activating your account.
I've registered on buzzmyart but I don't appear in the artists directory, why ?
In order to appear in our artists directory, you will need to upload at least one piece of art work.
As soon as you do that, people will be able to find your name and your arts on our website.
How many art works can I upload ?
As many as you want ! There is no limit to the number of pictures your can upload on buzzmyart.
You pictures are stored on highly secured and high performance servers owned by Amazon ®.
How big can be the pictures I upload ?
You can upload pictures as big as 10 Mb. This is huge compared to what other websites offer.
The important point to note is that we will not resize your picture, so visitors will be able to see it in its original size thanks to our high resolution zooming feature.
How much does it cost ?
Nothing. We pride ourselves in offering buzzmyart absolutely free of charge !
Is my privacy respected ?
Absolutely. We will never give away your details, and particularly your email address.
Members of the site can contact you, but they will not see your email address.
How are my art works protected ?
When you upload an image to buzzmyart, a copyright is automatically added on top of it.
Moreover, high resolution images cannot be downloaded since they can only be viewed in the Microsoft Silverlight plugin.
I'm using buzzmyart at work and I am not allowed to install Microsoft Silverlight. Can I still use the zooming feature ?
No. The zooming feature can only be used with the Microsoft Silverlight plugin.
Can I sell my art works on buzzmyart ?
Yes, you can use our website to sell you art works. For each piece of art, you can decide whether to show a price or not. You can also choose between two currencies (Euros or US Dollars).

I don't like the comment that someone wrote about my art, what can I do ?
If you find a comment offending, you can use the Report link below your art work in order to report the comment to us.
However you shouldn't abuse this feature. Please accept constructive criticism, that's what buzzmyart is about :)
